Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit is paid. Deposits are non-refundable, changes to design/appointment require 3 working days notice.

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.

(b) information relating to any transactions carried out between you and us on or in relation to this website, including information relating to any purchases you make of our goods or services.

(d) information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our website services, email notifications and/or newsletters (including, email address, home address).
(e) any other information that you choose to send to us.
(2) Using your personal data
We may use your personal information to:
(a) administer the website;

(c) enable your use of the services available on the website;
(d) send to you goods purchased via the website, and supply to you services purchased via the website;
(e) send statements and invoices to you, and collect payments from you;

We will not without your express consent provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing.

Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
If applicable, you are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password.

You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you. Provision of such information may be subject to the payment of a fee (currently fixed at £10.00).
You may instruct us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes by using our contact form at any time. (In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to our use of your personal data for marketing purposes, or we will provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of the use of your personal data for marketing purposes.)
If you are unhappy with your goods we will issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receiving your order, unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags, and in re-sellable condition.
Refunds are available for online orders only, all in-store purchases are only eligible for an exchange or credit note for the value of the item.
Park Street Tattoo do not cover the cost of returned items and also cannot refund the carriage charge of the original order (unless the product/s are deemed faulty)
When returning goods they must be well packaged to avoid any damage in the post.
ALL ORDERS ARE DOUBLE CHECKED TO ENSURE THAT THEY LEAVE IN PRESTINE CONDITION, THEREFORE NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR STOCK BEING MARKED/SOILED
Note that Park Street Tattoo does not take responsibility for goods lost in the post, so insure goods accordingly.
